The staff went above and beyond, anticipating my needs and offering extra amenities that made me feel like a valued guest. My only minor note for improvement would be the crowded atmosphere during peak breakfast hours, but overall, it was a memorable experience.

For a luxury hotel, the lobby lounge’s lack of seating for casual visits is quite frustrating!!! The ladies’ restroom near the lobby simply didn't accommodate the volume, resulting in long waits. Improvements needed!!!

Just a top selection for a flying visit in Osaka with value for money. The welcome back on arrival was really special, with a personal card from the General Manager. Take a relaxing walk to Osaka JNR station for a true local experience.

I had a fab time! The staff was super attentive, especially Simon, who made sure all my needs were met. My room had a killer city view. Amenities like the gym and pool were top-notch! Breakfast was not that great tho. felt kinda basic. Still, the location is lit with lots of dining options below.
